2. Sign up with your email. You can also log in to Notta with a third-party account, including Google, Microsoft, and Apple ID.

2. Open the Notta app and log in to Notta with your email address and password. You can also log in to Notta with a third-party account, including Google, Microsoft, and Apple ID.

After you sign up for a new account, please wait for an email delivered to your inbox. You will receive a six-digit code to verify your email address.
If you don't receive your code, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure you have entered the correct email address.
2. Check all Spam, Junk, or Clutter folders for the email. The email is sent from "no_reply@notta.ai," and many email clients filter emails from no-reply addresses.

Yes. We offer a 3-day free trial for all users who sign up for the first time.
In three days, you can transcribe up to 120 minutes and enjoy all the Pro features. Once the trial ends, your account will automatically switch to free Notta Basic and get 120 transcribing minutes each month for limited features.
We accept credit and debit card payments processed by Stripe via Notta Web app, and in-app purchases charged to your iTunes or Google Play account.
Note: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, American Express are available on Stripe. PayPal is not yet accepted, but we will consider support PayPal in the future.
No, by logging in to the same Notta account, you can enjoy the same membership benefits on both the mobile app and web app.
You may need to cancel your current plan 24 hours in advance before the end of your current billing period.
When you downgrade your Notta account to the free Basic plan:
all Pro features will be disabled after your current monthly, or annually subscription ends.
Your account and all data such as records and transcripts are still accessible.
